Based in Norfolk Virginia (not remote)
Description: Primm Advertising is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. This entry-level role will assist the day-to-day and long term focuses of the Social Media Department and report to the Digital & Social Media Manager. Job duties include content creation, managing social media calendars, research, data-entry, assisting the Social Media Specialist, and working as a key support role for the Social Media Team. The ideal candidate is starting their career and looking for agency experience. Ready to learn and grow their skill set while contributing to the social media team. Prior experience with content creation and social media management preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Canva, Adobe Spark, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar platform
- Google Suite applications
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
- Loomly, Agorapulse, or other social media scheduler
- Photography skills a plus
Required Skills:
- Excellent time management (i.e. ability to juggle multiple projects at once)
- Works well independently and with a team
- Exceptional writing skills
- Attention to detail
- High organizational skills
