General terms and conditions of the ‘Primm Advertising: Business Goals’ Raffle:
1.1 These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through our website or social media channels.
1.2 To enter a competition you must enter as directed on our website, emails, or social media channels.
1.3 Our competitions are free to enter (no purchase required, unless otherwise stated).
1.4 Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.
2. Eligibility and entry restrictions
2.1 To be eligible to enter a competition:
(a) entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States.
(b) entrants must not be an employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of the competition, and must not be a family relation of any such person.
2.2 The maximum number of entries to a competition per person, per email is 1.
2.3 Participants are required to complete all questions in and submit the “Primm Advertising: Business Goals” survey to be eligible.
3.1 The winner will be selected through a lucky draw conducted by a system generated randomizer. The draw shall be conducted from the pool of all valid and correct entries from the participants.
3.2 Winner will be notified by email and phone if provided. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 5 days. In the event that the winner is unreachable or ineligible, a new winner will be randomly selected.
3.3 Primm Advertising reserves the right to reject any entry which is invalid, incomplete, derogatory, or false and fabricated. Any entry submitted by unfair means will be disqualified.
4.1 Prize will be delivered as a Visa gift card, valued at $50. No substitutions or alternative to the prize will be offered.
4.2 All valid entries will be eligible to schedule a free 1-on-1 video chat consultation with members of the Primm Advertising team to discuss business goals.
