Integrated marketing · Atomic Plumbing
From 4 Trucks to 15
A decade-long partnership that turned trust, broad reach, and a connected digital presence into sustained growth.

The challenge
Growth had stalled. The business could not.
Sales were down, and owner Jim Steinle knew Atomic Plumbing had to grow. He banked on Primm to make it work.
What we did
Built familiarity first, then made every response count.
We started with broad reach for the quickest response and featured “Paul,” Atomic's general manager, as the friendly guy next door who knew plumbing and was right around the corner to help. We built trust with female homeowners well before Atomic arrived at the door.
The spots launched, and the phone rang in the first week of the campaign. It kept ringing. From there, we layered in search, a new website, and ongoing ad campaigns, so every call had somewhere to land and every click had somewhere to convert. One year better than the next.
The results
